Honoring Those Who Leave a Lasting Mark

The National Reined Cow Horse Association Owners Committee is proud to introduce the Tough Boots to Fill Award, a new annual recognition honoring individuals whose dedication, leadership and service have made a lasting impact on the reined cow horse industry.

While success in the show pen is always celebrated, some of the NRCHA’s greatest contributions happen behind the scenes. This award recognizes the men and women who have strengthened the association through their generosity, stewardship, servant leadership and unwavering commitment to the future of the sport.

The NRCHA invites members to nominate individuals whose boots would truly be tough to fill. Those who have built meaningful relationships, preserved the traditions of the sport, and continually invested in others.

For over 20 years, the Northwest Reined Cow Horse Association has hosted successful, NRCHA-affiliated shows in the Northwest Region. Our association is built on a strong network of trainers, non-pros, and families who believe in making cow horse approachable and fun.
